Our Story Begins
The Roaming Bodega began as a dream when Tara and her mother, MJ, purchased an old horse trailer, envisioning it as the perfect mobile bar for Tara’s wedding. Over the months leading up to the wedding, they poured their hearts into renovating the trailer, with help from family and friends. The result was a stunning transformation: a mobile bar with live edge counters, cedar walls, and ambient lighting complete with two fridges.
The bar was a hit at the wedding. Inspired by its success, Tara and MJ decided to share it with others. They designed the trailer to be versatile, serving various purposes beyond a mobile bar. Foldaway counters allow the space to be used in ways limited only by the imagination: a pop-up shop, a photo studio, hot cocoa bar, and more. They named the trailer "The Roaming Bodega," capturing the spirit of a traditional bodega—a friendly, welcoming place offering refreshments and good times, but with the benefit of being mobile. Over time, the trailer earned the affectionate nickname "Bo."
Adding a touch of whimsy, they even included a cat, a nod to the beloved bodega cats found in neighborhoods. With Tara’s wedding now behind them, their beautifully converted horse trailer, complete with its own faux feline resident, is ready to travel far and wide, bringing celebrations to life and making dreams come true for many more.

Her extensive background ensures that your event will not only feature delicious beverages but that you will also receive professional and efficient service, making your occasion truly spectacular!
